Who's idea was it for me to start one of these time consuming money pits anyway? I swore that I wouldn't do it but under the influence of a couple of my friends, I have. Now, whenever I go to WalMart or Target or any craft store, I have to make a stop in the Scrapbooking section to see what's on sale, what I might want, or just to clean out the clearance section! It's like an obsession and Bob says it's another thing for me to pick up and get tired of in a few months...I hope not but there are some things that he tends to be right about...I am going to pick up pictures today to start a couple new pages. I even got Kristin a small one so I didn't have to do it by myself because her big one is in storage. I'm not sure how I am going to accomplish it but, I have this vision of a "pop up" scrapbook page...I think I will have to look up pop up pages online and see how I can put one into my scrapbook.
So many craft ideas, so little time...(sigh!)

LOL obsessions can't live with them, can't live without them. :) At least this is one your kids will thank you for later on in life.
I think scrapbooking is fun, but I just don't have time/money for another hobby besides sewing. I have a little bit of stamping things but rarely use them. A few years ago a mom of three young kids in our church died suddenly and she left behind many beautiful scrapbooks. I am so glad her kids will have those.
I still have Creative Memories stuff sitting in my closet. Just wish I had the time, space and ambition. I know scrapbooking is such a big thing. At least you are spending your 'spare' time doing something worthwhile, that you can look back on down the road.
