A couple of weeks ago Jamie wrote about our "younger days" with a picture that she doesn't remember why she had labeled "Steve". I told her that I knew the answer to her conundrum and since then, her and Jodie have been waiting for that answer. Today the much anticipated explanation has arrived! Just a couple of words...Lake Ellen Youth Camp 1992...
I also found a picture for Amie. We were so young and beautiful...and THIN! Not that Amie looks much different, still as fit and trim and beautiful as ever! But Look how skinny I was! And I always thought I was FAT! I NEVER wore - or even owned - a swimming suit my whole high school or college career...if only I had known then what my kids would do to me!

OMG! How young we were huh?
I'm feeling ANYTHING but skinny now. I have a great picture of us at graduation but I don't have a scanner. Also the picture from Indianapolis, but that didn't turn out very good from the lighting in the parking deck.
I recognize "Steve" now but still cannot remember much about him. I know he didn't go to our Church, where was he from???
You were never chubby. Crazy girl. I was the chubby one and I was always jealous of you, Jamie, Holly, and Bethany. ;)
It is about time!!!! That picture had me rolling on the floor with laughter. Jodie, remember Risa liked him. I think he worked at camp that summer. Oh, Risa...that is too funny. Thanks for sharing the picture!
I didn't know you never owned a swimming suit?!? You weren't chubby at all!!! Either was Jodie. You two girls are wacked! You and Amie look so young in that picture!
Wasn't that the same summer Phil Chapin came to camp with us? Ew, ew, ew...we sure liked some losers in our younger days. Good thing we wisened up as we got older!
Yup, Jamie, Phil was there that year...I have a nice picture of you with him, would you like me to post that one? :)LOL
Jamie filled in the blanks for you Jodie, hopefully...Yes, I DID (sounds of vomiting here) like him but he was like 18 - at least that's what he said - and VERY strange.
Yes, Jamie, we did have some VERY strange ideas about who we "liked" then, it is a VERY good thing that we wised up as we got older! :)
OMGosh!!! I am dying over here. Now I remember things. Oh lord! Thanks for the memories guys.
